We are hiring a Process Excellence Manager – Warehouse Operations to drive continuous improvement, Lean transformation, and operational efficiency across warehouse and distribution environments.

This role is responsible for optimizing end-to-end warehouse processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while improving productivity, reducing waste, and enhancing customer service in a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics setup.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Optimization

• Conduct end-to-end warehouse process assessments
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste areas
• Use data analytics to drive workflow optimization
• Improve picking accuracy, turnaround time, and fulfillment efficiency

Lean & Six Sigma Implementation

• Apply Lean methodologies and Six Sigma tools
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
• Reduce process variation and eliminate non-value-added activities
• Drive measurable productivity improvements

SOP Development & Standardization

• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Standardize processes across receiving, storage, dispatch, and last mile
• Ensure SOP compliance and operational consistency

Quality Control & Performance Management

• Establish warehouse KPIs and performance dashboards
• Monitor SLAs, fill rate, accuracy, and cycle time metrics
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions
• Drive measurable outcomes through data-driven decision-making

Technology & WMS Optimization

• Collaborate with IT teams on Warehouse Management System (WMS) enhancements
• Improve automation, barcode scanning, and digital tracking systems
• Identify opportunities for technology-led efficiency gains
