Role Overview – Product Manager (GTS / Transaction Banking)
The Product Manager will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients regarding Global Transaction Services (GTS) products, driving revenue growth across:
- FX Income
- Fee Income
- Interest Income
- Trade Fund-Based (FB) Book
- Non-Fund-Based (NFB) Book
- CASA Growth
You will be responsible for owning and achieving business targets jointly with various internal business segments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Drive revenue across Trade Finance, FX, CASA, and Transaction Banking products
- Achieve targets related to Fee Income, Interest Income, and Cross-Selling
- Identify high-value client opportunities and expand wallet share
- Build strategies to grow GTS product penetration in assigned geography
Client Coverage & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients
- Proactively identify new business opportunities
- Increase product adoption through client engagement initiatives
- Act as trusted advisor for transaction banking solutions

Client Solutions & Service Delivery
- Structure customized GTS solutions based on client requirements

- Ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales service support
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product Managers
- Solution Delivery Managers
- Risk & Compliance Teams
- IT & Operations Teams
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle from sales to implementation
- Ensure smooth handover from deal closure to execution
