Python Developer / Technical Trainer (WFH – US Shift) | 4–5+ Years Experience | Emonics LLC
Emonics LLC is hiring an experienced Python Developer / Technical Trainer with 4–5+ years of professional experience. This is a Work From Home (WFH) opportunity aligned with the US Shift (6:30/7:30 PM to 3:30/4:30 AM IST).

⚠️ Note: This is not a core development role. The primary focus will be on technical training, mentoring, and interview preparation support for consultants.

About the Role: Python Technical Trainer & Consultant Mentor

We are looking for a highly skilled Python professional who can leverage their hands-on development experience to:

• Deliver technical training sessions
• Conduct JD/RUC (Job Description / Requirement Understanding Call) sessions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to consultants
• Support candidates in interview preparation and success

Key Responsibilities
Technical Training & Mentorship

Conduct structured technical training sessions on Python and related technologies

Guide consultants on understanding client job descriptions and technical requirements

Help candidates prepare for technical interviews and client discussions

Provide hands-on examples, real-world use cases, and coding best practices

Technical Expertise & Advisory

Explain and demonstrate:

• Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• RESTful APIs and backend architecture
• Database concepts (SQL and NoSQL)
• Support consultants with troubleshooting and technical queries
• Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies

Collaboration & Best Practices

Work closely with internal teams to align training with client requirements

Encourage clean coding standards and development best practices

Assist consultants in understanding real-world project architecture and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of professional experience in Python development
• Strong knowledge of:
• Django / Flask / FastAPI
• RESTful API development
• Backend systems and architecture
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills
• Ability to work in US Shift (Night Shift – IST)
• Comfortable working in a remote/WFH setup
• Willingness to guide consultants on additional tech stacks when required
