Key Responsibilities
DTH Marketing – Acquisition & Retention
- Lead marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition in the DTH business
- Develop strategies to reduce churn and improve customer retention
- Deliver performance-focused campaigns with measurable ROI
OTT & Content Partnerships (Netflix, Prime, JioHotstar, Sony, etc.)
- Manage strategic partnerships with leading OTT platforms
- Drive co-branded campaigns and joint marketing initiatives
- Collaborate on creative asset development to enhance subscriber growth
- Strengthen Airtel’s content positioning and value proposition
Retail Branding & Customer Experience (1600+ Stores)
- Lead nationwide retail branding strategy for Airtel stores
- Drive visual merchandising and in-store brand consistency
- Partner with retail teams to enhance customer journey and experience
- Ensure measurable business impact at all retail touchpoints
Airtel Xstream Play App Marketing
- Partner with product teams to drive brand campaigns for app growth
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution (strategy to measurement)
- Use customer insights and analytics to increase engagement and adoption
Airtel Referral Program (Fiber, DTH, Postpaid, Prepaid)
- Own and scale the Airtel Referral Program across verticals
- Design and execute high-conversion referral campaigns
- Improve cross-sell and upsell performance through data-driven strategies
Preferred Skills
- Deep understanding of retail branding & customer journey mapping
- Experience in OTT partnerships and co-branded marketing campaigns
- Exposure to app marketing and digital growth strategies
- Background in telecom, ISP, retail, or digital-first businesses
