Zepto is hiring a Senior Executive / Team Lead – Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) Operations to manage end-to-end fresh produce operations at the Motherhub warehouse.

This role is critical in ensuring freshness, quality control, inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and minimal wastage in a fast-paced Q-commerce or online grocery environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in F&V warehouse operations, grocery supply chain, dark store operations, or motherhub management.

Key Responsibilities

Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) Operations & Quality Management

• Manage inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of fresh produce
• Ensure strict FIFO / FEFO compliance and shelf-life management
• Maintain cold-chain standards and storage conditions
• Conduct quality audits at inward and dispatch stages
• Control wastage, shrinkage, weight loss, and damage

Inventory Management & Stock Control

• Maintain system vs physical inventory accuracy
• Handle GRN, RTV, PRN, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts
• Manage near-expiry liquidation and vendor rejection processes
• Optimize warehouse bin allocation and space utilization

Vendor Coordination & Inbound Management

• Coordinate with vendors and purchase teams for smooth vehicle arrivals
• Match purchase orders (PO) with received quantities
• Resolve vendor disputes and ensure timely GRN closure
• Dispatch Operations & SLA Management

People Management & Floor Supervision

• Manage warehouse associates, loaders, packers, and supervisors
• Plan shifts and monitor productivity metrics
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure SOP compliance
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline on the warehouse floor

Qualifications & Experience

• Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in F&V, Fresh, or Grocery warehouse operations
• Experience in Motherhub, Dark Store, or E-commerce fulfillment centers preferred

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Fruits & Vegetables supply chain management. FIFO / FEFO adherence & cold storage operations. Inventory control & shrinkage management.
