Duties to Be Performed
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Manage social media posts and basic promotions
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help in offline marketing activities like flyers and events
- Maintain daily reports and campaign data
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of marketing and promotion techniques. Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet). Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and strategies.
