Role Overview
The Skill India Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and operational management of Skill India initiatives for students across multiple locations in India.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, compliance management, and operational oversight to ensure smooth implementation aligned with NSDC and government guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Manager – Skill Development Programs, you will:
- Own complete lifecycle management of Skill India programs, from planning to executionLead, mentor, and manage regional coordinators and operational teams
- Ensure smooth execution of skill development initiatives across Pan India centers
- Coordinate with training partners, academic institutions, government authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor targets, KPIs, and program timelines in alignment with Skill India / NSDC standards
- Oversee student onboarding, training delivery, assessments, certification, and placement processes
- Prepare and review MIS reports, compliance documentation, and audit reports
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and government compliance requirements
- Identify operational improvements to enhance program efficiency and student outcomes
- Manage escalations, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
