Roles and Responsibilities of IT Logistics Assistant
As an IT Logistics Assistant (also known as Delivery Executive in SCM & Logistics), you'll support the IT team with hands-on tasks to keep operations running efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Refilling IT vending machines daily with essentials like keyboards, mice, headsets, cables, adapters, and security keys.
- Moving IT hardware and accessories within office buildings using designated service lifts.
- Packing, unpacking, and tracking IT assets during internal movements.
- Deploying IT hardware and assisting with desk setups, including monitors, laptops, desktops, locks, and cable management.
Working Hours and Location Details
- Standard business hours with flexibility for shifts based on operational needs.
