Job Description
OYO is hiring a Branch Sales Executive to drive offline corporate sales, generate new business opportunities, and expand enterprise partnerships within a designated region.
This role is ideal for professionals experienced in B2B sales, cold calling, channel development, and corporate client acquisition in the travel or hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Offline Sales Development
- Drive offline sales through structured cold calling and in-person meetings
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, enterprises, and organizations
- Promote OYO’s hospitality portfolio tailored to business travel needs
- Close high-value revenue deals within assigned territory
Channel Partner & Demand Generation
- Identify, onboard, and develop strong channel partner networks
- Build strategic alliances to increase demand generation
- Drive regional market penetration through distributor partnerships
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Manage the complete end-to-end B2B sales cycle
- Onboard corporate accounts and ensure smooth relationship management
- Develop long-term partnerships to drive repeat business
- Deliver customized proposals based on client requirements
Revenue Tracking & Collections
- Maintain monthly sales tracker and account performance metrics
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and outstanding payments
- Monitor revenue growth and client retention rates
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in corporate sales or enterprise sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or service-based industries preferred
- Results-driven with strong client management capabilities
