Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate records for clients, bookings, travel arrangements, and payments into our internal systems.
- Client Records: Ensure all client information is processed, organized, and easily accessible for future reference.
- Reports & Documentation: Prepare reports related to bookings, payments, and other data-related tasks, ensuring all documents are properly filed and archived.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments for data verification, ensuring smooth operations across the company.
- Customer Support: Assist the team with answering basic queries related to data, bookings, or other travel-related requests.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and assisting in organizing the office calendar.
Skills Required
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data organization, communication, and scheduling.
