Job Overview – BIM Engineer (Revit MEP)
We are looking for highly skilled BIM Engineers with 2 to 6 years of experience in Revit modelling and MEP coordination. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Detailed Revit MEP modelling
- MEPF services coordination
- Clash detection and resolution
- Working on international building projects
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary global teams

Key Responsibilities
Revit MEP Modelling & Documentation
- Develop accurate 3D models using Autodesk Revit (MEP)
- Prepare coordinated drawings and documentation
- Maintain model quality as per international BIM standards
Clash Detection & Coordination
- Perform clash analysis using:
- Autodesk Navisworks
- BIM 360
- BIM Track
- Coordinate with structural, architectural, and HVAC teams
- Resolve coordination issues efficiently
MEPF Services Integration
- Ensure seamless coordination of:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Fire protection systems
- Work on complex multi-disciplinary building projects
Project Exposure
- Candidates with experience in the following building sectors will be preferred:
- Residential Projects
- Commercial Buildings
- Institutional Projects (Schools & Colleges)
- Healthcare Facilities (Hospitals)
- Transportation Infrastructure (Airports, Metro Stations, Bus Terminals)
- Data Centers
